Samsung Prepping an iPod touch Competitor?

Some blurry-cam pics are circulating around the ‘net showing a product that supposedly will soon be released in S. Korea called the Samsung YEPP YP-MB2 (aka Galaxy Player). According to Samsung Hub, the device, which essentially is a Samsung Galaxy S phone without the cellular capability, will include 1Ghz processor, 4-inch Super AMOLED display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3MP camera, and few other goodies (hopefully, one of them is a front-facing camera). The device will run the Android OS coupled with Samsung’s TouchWize UI. No word on pricing or international availability, but it does seem like a worthy competitor to the current king of portable media players, Apple’s iPod touch.
